1.       Ms. Enz called the meeting to order at 10:02 a.m. A quorum was present.

2.        Introductions were made.

-          Hybrid meeting.

3.       Minutes were adopted for September 06, 2023(Hack, Cordova) October 04, 2023(Hack, Leal),

& November 01, 2023(Hack, Leon), Motion Carried.

4.        CTSA Reports:     

Mr. Gomez had the following updates:

-          In November, there was little activity.

-          Presented at the Advisory Council Meeting with AAA. Discussed information on all transportation services.

-          IVT Ride/Access are continuing to help Alegria with transportation.

-          Continuing to assist in sign-ups for IVT Ride and Access via phone and In-person.

-          Staff are available for any questions or concerns regarding any of the services.

-          Staff is also available to provide brochures and information to any agency that requests it,

Mr. Aguirre had the following updates:

-          Upcoming bus stop improvements project on the way.

-          Calexico ITC Transportation Center is in the final stages of completed the grant agreement with the FTA. Construction is expected to break ground by June 2024

-          Possibly integrating technology improvements to our OnDemand services, similar to Calexico OnDemand. Logistics are still in the works.

5.       FY 2024-25 Master Needs List

-          Mr. Gustavo discussed the current Master Needs list and mentioned that changes can be done to the list.

-          Ms. Enz revised the list with the group and decided to remove the following:

·         SSTAC supports the construction of the following terminal that will be located in the City of Calexico.

-          SSTAC members were encouraged to take a look at the list and suggest any potential changes to it during the January meeting to get it finalized for the UTN process.

6.       Transit Operator FY 2023-24 Reports:

 Imperial Valley Transit.

-          Services are running busier than usual.

-          IVC transit is running great.

-          Continuing outreach about services

-          Free Faires are still ongoing.

IVT Access

-          Working with Alegria patients.

-          IVC will be on break and service will be slower than usual.

IVT Ride

-          Services are busier than usual.

-          Attending more outreach.

-          AAA covering ride charges.

IVT MedTrans

-          Services is busier than normal.

-          Free fairs until further notice
