   1. Approve the award of the Agreement for the Calexico East Port of Entry Bridge Expansion Project - Construction Management/Resident Engineering Services to Jacobs in the amount of $2,956,457.81.

   2. Authorize the Chairperson to sign the agreement.

   1. Approve the contract amendment to the Architectural and Engineering Consultant Agreement for the Calexico Intermodal Transportation Center with somas in the amount of $62,288.48 modifying the total contract value to $683,610.11.

   2. Authorize the Chairperson to sign the contract amendment.

MEETING DATE AND PLACE

1. The goal of ICTC is to go dark in August. However, since we only meet once a month, if needed, a meeting of the Imperial County Transportation Commission will be held on Wednesday, August 25, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., at the ICTC Offices located at 1503 N. Imperial Ave., Suite 104, El Centro, CA 92243 and remotely via Zoom Meeting. Notification will be provided by staff.
