            A.         FY 16-17, 17-18 and 18-19 TDA Triennial Performance Audit – Award Recommendation

 

The ICTC Management Committee will meet on November 13, 2019 and it is anticipated that they will forward this item to the Commission for their review and approval after public comment, if any:

 

1.             Approve the award of the Agreement for the FY 16-17, 17-18 and 18-19 TDA Triennial Performance Audit to Moore and Associates in the amount of $71,537.40.

2.             Authorize the Chairperson to sign the agreement.
